Prompt and efficient response from Angeline. She came down to our home & did the measurements and suggested to us the best options to suit what we wanted.
Installment was arranged and completed smoothly. Great service and working attitude. She even offered to come down again to demo how to use the hi-dry system after we moved in! We didnt need to, as the installers already demo for us & it is so easy to use!

My wonderful experience toward EZ Living Pte Ltd. Spoke to Angeline through whatsapp on some details on mounting on top my ceiling(Automated Laundry Rack) and went to their showroom on some technical and demostration, it was a wonderful service provide by their team especially Mr.Bernard on demostration part until i purchased the item and given the information and installation date. The next day received a call from them(Mr.Andy) to double confirm the installation date and time. Althought my item are not expensive but i went through a good customer service provide by them. Thanks again to Angeline which i received her last call to check on my schedule and correct time to deliver and install the item! The most unbelievable is the installer even guide my maid how to use it! Very professional and recommended!!!

Thank you Bernard for the patient and detailed explanation right from the start to share the various options available, professional advice and thereafter prompt installation at my place. There was no hard sell at all. Inch perfect bracket customisation to ensure ideal fit to my limited ceiling and wall space. Regular updates was provided thru out to ensure that everything was done within a week. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Many thanks again.

They were punctual on the day of installation. The removal of the old racks and the installation of the new one were done efficiently. They were patient to explain the use of the new one to my elderly mother and also helped to dispose of the old one at the end. Thank you.

Angeline is responsive and helpful, she provided great advice during my reno process to ensure EZ Bella unit could be installed without the need for a bracket. There was a minor issue following the installation and Andy followed up immediately. Highly recommend EZ living for their quality and attentive after-sale service.
