TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This commendation letter is given to EZ Living Pte Ltd, in recognizing for the job well done to install the EZZI Slide (ES003) and the READY/RUCKZUCK (1.2m) in the above apartment at Butterworth 8 Condominium.

We went through a lot of troubles in the installation of EZZI Slide and READY/RUCKZUCK. Finally with the help of Mr. Naga (the supervisor) from EZ Living Pte Ltd and the Management Committee of Butterworth 8 Condominium, we have to relocate the clothes hangar and install them within the premises of the apartment, instead of letting the clothes hangar exposed outside the void deck of the yard.

The job of relocating the EZZI Slide & RUCKZUCK was done successfully by EZ Living Pte Ltd without incurring additional cost to us. As a residence of Butterworth 8, we are very grateful to EZ Living Pte Ltd for their professional job done at the site. EZ Living Pte Ltd has a team of professionals who take pride in their products with full responsibility; they also take precautionary measures in the safety of the equipments installed at the site.

In this regard, I would like to express my sincere thank to Mr. Naga (the supervisor) and Mr. Rajoo (the chief installer) who had done a wonderful job for us. I have no hesitance in recommending any potential customers to purchase EZ Living's products as the company provides excellent after sales service.
